We love pets! If you are living at our 5405 Fifth Avenue, 5426 Fifth Avenue, or 5506 Kentucky Avenue locations you have access to a private fenced in dog park for you and your canine friend to enjoy year round. Let your pet off leash in a secure area where they can run around and be free!
Shadyside is a very pet friendly part of town. In addition to our dog park, Mellon Park, which is only a few blocks away, is a favorite spot of the locals to enjoy a nice long walk with their best friend. Stores like Dogtopia, PetSmart, and Pet Land are a short distance away. The neighborhood also has some amazing animal services like Point Breeze Veterinary Clinic for any health needs and Lather, a great spot to wash your pup.

Shadyside At Home Apartments is very pet friendly. We offer a simple pet lease so you can bring your best four-legged friend. Pets require a non refundable $350 Pet Fee along with a $35/month per animal fee. The fees go to ensure that we can perform a deep cleaning after you leave to prevent someone with Allergies from having an issue. We are all about responsible pet ownership so we do ask that you adhere to a one animal per unit limit. Pet owners are asked to be courteous and respectful of other tenants. The use of the Dog Park and our grounds are included.
